Watchers

The film I've been working on for the last few years has finally come to theaters in the US!  "Dorothy and the Witches of Oz" is basically the directors cut of the film that aired on SyFy UK last summer with some updated computer effects and remastered sound.  It's a fun family film with fun eighty's vibe.  Staring Christopher Lloyd, Paulie Rojas, Eliza Swenson, Mia Sara, Lance Henriksen, Jeffrey Combs, Sean Astin, Ethan Embry, and Billy Boyd.  It's a true Indy film (meaning we used no big studio money at all).  I was on the conceptual design team, as well as a prop designer, costume designer, and in post a CG FX Compositor.  There where basically seven of us who did all of the CG effects for over 2000 effects shots.  To put that into prospective for those of you who aren't in the know, the last Harry Potter movie had something like 900ish FX shots and over 350 artitst working on it.  I'm not saying we're Harry Potter,  but I'm pretty proud of what the seven of us accomplished.

If you're a fan of fun campy 80's films like "Back to the Future", and "The Ghost Busters", don't mind a film with a smaller budget.  And are blessed enough to be in one of the cities it's playing in.  Go check out "Dorothy and the Witches of Oz"!!!

AS far as my Transformers go, I'm just a fan artist. Most of TF the designs are based off of older "G1" characters. When Binal-Tech came out several years ago I started working on add-on kits for them. Unfortunately I had some money issues and none of those where produced. I kept working on designing here and there and eventually got work with "The Asylum" (a direct-to-DVD movie company) doing a projects then called "Leigh Scott's Robot Wars" which when the Transformers movie came out in 07 the title got changed to "Transmorphers". Soon after Mr. Scott left the Asylum and I went back to trying my hands at toys (as well as other menial labor to pay the bills). I was finally able to produce one of my toy designs last year (an add-on kit for the Transformers Universe "Roadbuster" toy by Hasbro). And just recently I got another job with Mr. Scott's new independent film company "Blackthorn Pictures" as the Conceptual Designer. I have several more model kit ideas in the works and hopping to get back to producing them after we wrap our first movie. As it is I stay pretty busy with work.
